Our History

Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, Telophase Corporation was incorporated in 1998 with employees in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Telophase is an 8(a) small business federal service provider focused to address evolving Untied States national priorities for enhanced network-centric infrastructure and information sharing among the civilian and military communities. Over the course of the company's history, we have developed a distinguished reputation within the Department of Defense healthcare community for our support of the Military Health System (MHS) IT environment as a subcontractor to Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Telophase takes pride in knowing that it has played a role in supporting MHS in its vital efforts to ensure that members of the armed forces and their dependents continue to receive the highest quality of health care.

In addition to its successful history within MHS, Telophase has expanded to various other federal agencies including Secretary of the Navy, Department of Interior, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Defense National Security Education Program (NSEP), Defense Technology Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, and U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). We also take great pride in providing services to organizations in the Private sector with reputable companies like, BAE Systems, ADNET Systems, NCI Information Systems, CSC, and SAIC, to name a few.

Our Mission

The mission of Telophase Corporation is to provide innovative, contemporary and accessible technology services to enable the customer to effectively meet their goals. To accomplish this mission, Telophase works collaboratively with the customer to provide technological leadership which emphasizes empowerment of the individual through the use of technology.
