The Work Performed
Project Management
Telophase prepared a detailed project plan for the Revenue Performance Measurement (RPM) project. The project plan served as a blueprint to implement a milestone driven approach for delivering RPM to the external customers. Project Plan focused on reducing the time spent to generate monthly reports. The project plan detailed the activities required to: Streamline business processes to generate monthly reports; provide dashboard capabilities to the customers; Establish efficient communication strategies regarding the progress of RPM; Reduce manual data entry; Consolidate multiple report types.
Web Services/Custom Programming Services
Develop interface between current TIGG database and COTS product. Project required writing API data pull from existing code to ASP.Net for such data sources as MSN, Yahoo, Google, Omniture SalesForce, and MediaTrust; Develop a user interface in ASP.Net code to provide a “data ready dashboard” for customer service managers; Develop a user interface in ASP.Net code to allow streamlined entry of revenue data; User interface streamlines the entry of data by providing a single entry point for all revenue data management; User interface indicates which metrics are required for a given account.
Operations And Maintenance
Provide technical support for the existing RPM database. Support performed as requested by TIGG. The support includes assistance in diagnosing data calculation errors, system functionality issues and ETL process management.
The Results
- Provide a list of all Templates in the online reporting system
- Make Available a list of all accounts which use a selected Template
- Enable customer to modify an existing Template
- Ability to add a pre-defined report element to a tab.
