Telophase Corporation Announces Award of
the NASA GSFCs Minority University Space Interdisciplinary
Network (MU-SPIN), Content Management System (CMS)

Telophase Corporation, a leading 8(a) systems integrator for
the federal government, announced today that it was awarded
the NASA GSFCs Minority University Space Interdisciplinary
Network (MU-SPIN), Content Management System (CMS) through the
GSA Stars 8(a) Contracting Vehicle.
NASA GSFCs Minority University Space Interdisciplinary
Network (MU-SPIN), under the purview of Code 606, supports the
enrichment of programs to support the education of scientists
and engineers at minority universities. The primary MU-SPIN
website is a focal point with respect to the dissemination of
content and collaborative initiatives between NASA and the academic
communities. Investing in better management of the MU-SPIN website
and supporting end-user MU-SPIN sites is essential to the goals
of Program.

of web development and integration services. Additionally, usability

of the implementation efforts. Through business and technical
discussions, Telophase personnel will employ the latest standards
for deploying a Content Management platform that is migratory
in nature while maintaining a continuing functionality for the
end users during the course of development
The Telophase team will employ both standard and custom practices
to ensure a timely delivery of customer requirements. The team
will work rapidly and adapt quickly to any customer needs or
revisions during the course of each phase of the project.

To help train the next generation of NASA's minority scientists
and engineers, NASA created the Minority University-SPace Interdisciplinary
Network (MU-SPIN). MU-SPIN was started in 1990 by the Office
of Equal Opportunity Programs and has remained a highly effective
tool as it has continually grown and evolved over the past decade.
The program serves America's Historically Black Colleges and
Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) and
Tribal Colleges.
