Alentia TM 3.0: Voice Adapter for VMWare ESX Server and Microsoft Virtual Server

Alentia 3.0 introduces the first highly integrated systems monitoring application that can provide real-time voice based alerting and systems management capabilities. Through the integration of Voice Applications Servers with telephony technologies, Alentia allows systems and network administrators the freedom to manage vital system functions while working from remote locations- discovering and resolving problems as they occur by merely interacting on a telephone call.

Alentia 3.0 is revolutionary voice-based monitoring system for Virtual Servers Hosts from VMWare and Microsoft. Alentia, through the help of local and remote monitoring agents is able to detect user-selected states, events, Windows services and metrics and notify a contact via telephone and email. The voice-based portion of the system allows for a rich set of interactions with the Virtual Server systems. The end-user can perfom actions as though they were accessing the Virtual Server hosts using a keyboard and console.

We at Telophase hope to build upon on our past record of achievement and extend our quality services and solutions to new clients in the future.
