Telophase employees will tell you the best part of their job is working with a loyal, success oriented team. We know that each member of a team can make a significant contribution to the overall effort. Yet, being part of our team means respecting different points of view and communicating our views honestly and openly. This mutual respect creates professional synergy and inspires results.
Telophase encourages employee imagination, innovative thinking, and the desire to work with our clients to create a focused and effective team. Individual success is reflected in the success of the team, which ultimately contributes to the success of our partnership with our clients. The formation of this value-added partnership creates a solid foundation to meet client objectives. Our corporate performance is measured by the success of our team to work together with our clients and achieve their goals.
At Telophase, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience enhances the creativity and innovation of the solutions we provide to our customers. In order to maximize our potential, we provide collaborative environments for our dynamic and versatile teams. We respect and value the individuality of all our employees and believe diversity will ensure our future success.
We take pride in welcoming people without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, veteran status, physical or mental disability, or status within any other protected group. If you need assistance or an accommodation during the application process because of a disability, it is available upon request. Telophase is pleased to provide such assistance, and no applicant will be penalized as a result of such a request
Telophase believes in taking a proactive approach in helping create a better world. We recognize that it is our responsibility, as good corporate citizens, to give back and enrich our local communities. At Telophase we encourage all of our employees to lend their voluntary support to organizations and causes that positively impact the quality of life of those within our community.
Telophase kicked-off their annual community outreach event at the Community for Creative Non-Violence (CCNV) in Washington D.C. in December 2008. As a company, we were able to provide food and clothing to over 600 individuals in need.
